Director of Law Enforcement Training Academy

Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ is seeking an individual to direct the Ó£ÌÒÊÓÆµ Law Enforcement Training Academy. This individual will be responsible for leading a program that meets the Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training (CLEST) certification requirements for basic law enforcement officer certification.

The contract length will be 10 month or 12 months, with an anticipated start date of August 10, 2026.

Requirements:

Education requirements are a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, with special consideration being given for a Masters Degree. Candidates for this position must have extensive law enforcement experience at a supervisor or management level. Experience in working at an institution of higher education is preferred.

A valid Arkansas Driver’s License is required.

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
