Political Sponsorships
Because BRTC is a state agency and the Foundation is established for direct support to the college, neither BRTC nor the BRTC Foundation promotes any specific political candidates. We pride ourselves on working with all local, state, and federal agencies and leaders.
To maintain neutrality and provide a venue for all political candidates to reach their potential constituents, the BRTC Foundation has created a special political sponsorship package where candidates' signs will be showcased together. We hope this will offer maximum visibility for all candidates.
Level A: $500 per sign
- Sign sized 48” x 48” and above
- Up to 2 signs
Level B: $250 per sign
- Sign sized between 24” x 36” and 48” x 48”
- Up to 4 signs
Level C: $100 per sign
- Sign sized less than 24” x 36”
- 1 per hole up to 18 signs
In order to be fair to all candidates, the following rules will be implemented.
- Deadline: Signs must be delivered to Rolling Hills Country Club and placed under the pavilion between Monday and noon Thursday the week of the tournament. Signs received after the deadline will not be put up.
- Pick up: Signs will be placed back under the pavilion Monday after the tournament and should be picked up no later than 5:00 pm on Tuesday of the same week.
- Only authorized ӣƵ staff can put up signs.
- Neither ӣƵ, the BRTC Foundation, Rolling Hills Country Club, are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen signs.
- If signs are moved to a different location, removed, altered, or vandalized by candidates, friends of candidates, or others, ALL political signs will be removed from the course and NO money will be refunded.
Neither BRTC nor the BRTC Foundation are endorsing any candidate with this opportunity and are making it available to all candidates and political committees. All proceeds will go directly toward BRTC Foundation Golf Tournament scholarships.
