    Both new and seasoned supervisors need more and better development in basic leadership skills, particularly people management skills. Assessment of their leadership strengths, areas of growth, along with the opportunity to pursue training that is tailored to their individual needs. Along with the inclusion of formal classroom training and other types of learning activities, the development of knowledge and skills is accomplished through education, experiences, feedback, and relationship building.

    Location & Classroom:

    This professional skills training course provides industry leaders, safety officers, and facility managers with a comprehensive framework for protecting personnel, assets, and continuity of operations during large-scale emergencies. Designed for the private sector, this training bridges the gap between corporate safety protocols and the federal standards established by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Participants will master the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Incident Command System (ICS) , ensuring that their organization's internal response can integrate seamlessly with Local, state, and federal first responders.
